Launching a New Product

For a new product launch on haliosonic.com, please go through the following steps,

• From the new product page, insert the following data
  • Title
  • Description (for shop.app)
  • Media (use the documentation for media spec.)
  • Set category
  • Set variants, if any (For each variant there must be an image (spec. is the same as above))
  • Set product metafields. At least the followings
    • [v02r][Section] Product Highlights
    • [v02r][Section] Info Blocks
  • Set proper search engine listing meta info
    • Page title (same as product title)
    • Description (optimized for SEO)
    • URL handle: descriptive yet concise
  • Type: Halio
  • Vendor: Halio Sonic
  • Collections: All the collections where this product should belong
  • Theme template: Default product
  • Then for each variant (or for the only applicable variant), insert the followings
    • Price (promo price)
    • Compare at (original price)
    • Inventory > SKU: Set SKU according to the spec.
    • Barcode
    • Shipping info
      • Package configuration (dimension and weight)
      • Product weight
      • Country of origin
      • HS Code
• Save as "Status: Draft"
• Send draft to tech for review and activation
